1. Introduction

Welcome to Holychardham.in . By booking any of our travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized agents.

2.2. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full [number] days prior to the departure date.

2.3. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

3.2. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost.

29 to 15 days before departure: 20% of the total cost

14 to 7 days before departure: 30% of the total cost

6 to 0 days before departure: FULL AMOUNT

3.3. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your cancellation notice, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

4. Changes and Amendments

4.2. Change fees may apply, and you will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from the changes.

5.1. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any potential risks or losses during your trip.

5.2. Holychardha.in is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to the lack of adequate travel insurance.

6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

6.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, necessary visas, and comply with any health requirements for your travel destination.

6.2. Holychardham.in is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by your failure to meet these requirements

8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our services will be resolved through Haridwar, Juridiction in Uttarakhand.
